For any address in Italy, a score from 0 to 100 across six areas — safety, services, transport, environment, the property market and natural hazards — computed from 111 metrics taken from official sources: ISTAT, the Revenue Agency's OMI valuations, ISPRA, INGV, ARPA, AGENAS. The report comes out as a PDF in your language and is made to be handed to your client.

The credits in each cycle are for that cycle. What you pay is what is written here: there is no set-up fee.
From the site, without talking to anyone: you create an account, pick the plan in your account area, pay by card. Cancelling happens in the same place, whenever you want: no contract to sign, no minimum term, no notice period.

While your subscription is active you may publish the scores in the documents you deliver to your client — a valuation, a report, a presentation — and in your own product, as long as a visible "Evitalya" credit and a link to the source sit next to them. The score is a statistical indicator of the area: it is not an official valuation and does not replace a surveyor. The conditions are in article 21 of the terms.
There is an API with a public price list and the same checkout: one HTTP call per address or per pair of coordinates, and the answer is the same score. Before you decide you can look at the open data it rests on.
