We draw on ISTAT (population and housing), the Ministry of the Interior (crime statistics), ISPRA (air and water quality), INGV (seismic risk), ARPA (environmental measurements), MIUR (school data) and on open-source projects such as OpenStreetMap and Copernicus/EEA. All the data is updated regularly.
Neighbourhood scores are free and unlimited, no account needed. When you search for an address you see the overall score for free, and your first full report opens free, with no account; further reports cost 7 credits each, and a comparison of up to 3 addresses 10 credits. To spend credits you need an account with a verified email address. Credit packages are one-off and do not renew by themselves; the credits you buy never expire.
The credits you buy never expire and you can use them whenever you want. Credit packages carry no auto-renewal and no hidden fees: you pay only for what you buy. If you choose a monthly subscription, the payment renews automatically every month until you cancel it, and the monthly credits granted in each cycle are cleared at the end of that cycle; the credits you bought are not affected. Every report you buy stays in your account for good and you can open it again whenever you want.
Addresses in more than 7,900 municipalities across Italy are supported. Big cities such as Milan, Rome, Turin, Naples and Florence are covered, and so are small towns. Addresses use Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) autocomplete.
Payments run through Stripe. Your card details never reach Evitalya's servers; they are held securely on Stripe's PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Evitalya only sees the payment confirmation and your credit balance.
